IMPORTANT

During the first few minutes of initial use, you may notice smoke and/or a slight odor.  This is normal and should quickly disappear.  It will

not recur after appliance has been used a few more times.
For your safety, always read and understand the Use and Care Manual before attempting to use any electric appliance.

BEFORE USING:

Carefully unpack the chocolate fountain and all parts.  Remove all packaging materials, including any stickers or labels.

Wipe out the

Heated Bowl with a damp sponge and dry with a soft cloth.  Wash the Auger and 3 Tiered Tower in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.

NEVER IMMERSE THE HEATED BOWL OR CORD IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.

TO ASSEMBLE:

Position the chocolate fountain on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface.  It is recommended to operate this appliance on

a separate outlet and circuit from other appliances to avoid overloading the circuit.

Align the opening on the bottom of the Auger with the

Base Pin.  Place the Tower over the Auger making sure it is fitted on the posts in the Base.  Place the Mickey Ears Topper on top of the

3 Tiered Tower to complete assembly.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Position the chocolate fountain on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface.  It is very important that you choose a location that is level to

operate properly and to create the desired flowing effect.  Assemble according to instructions.

2.  Turn the switch to the “Heat Only” setting and allow the chocolate fountain to preheat for 3-5 minutes before adding melted chocolate.

NOTE: the heater on the Heated Base is meant to maintain the consistency of melted chocolate.  It is recommended to melt the

chocolate prior to pouring it into the Heated Bowl.

3.  While the chocolate fountain is preheating, place 2 bags of chocolate chips (24 ounces) and ¾

cup of vegetable oil in a microwave

safe bowl.  Melt in the microwave for about 2 ½  to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.  Chocolate must be completely melted and have

a thin consistency in order to flow properly.  If needed, add additional oil to thin out the chocolate.

4.  Once the chocolate is completely melted, turn the switch to the “Heat & Flow” setting so that the motor and heater are both running.

5.

Carefully pour the melted chocolate into the Heated Bowl at the base of the Tower.  The melted chocolate should flow up the Auger

inside the Tower and out the top of the Tower creating the cascading flow over each tier.

6.

Use different foods like fruit, pretzels and pound cake to enjoy.
