4. Install the hinge shaft and shaft sleeve to the left hole of the lower hinge.

Then the lower hinge to the left corner of refrigerator, then adjusting foot A

according to the position shown in the below image. Finally the adjusting foot

B to the right lower corner of the refrigerator.
