4. Ensure that wires are correctly routed
through BSA cable router. Feed up CU and
BSA harnesses through holes in cover. See
Figure 10 ‐ 2 .

5. Reinstall ferrite cores. See Figure 10 ‐ 3 ..

6. Viewing from the rear of the chassis, the
cable connections should be as follows:
•
Left side: 10 ‐ pin connector and a
smaller connector with purple wires.
•
Right side: 12 ‐ pin connector and a
smaller connector with orange wires.

7. Install cover and thread (12) new BHCS, M6
x 1.0 5x14, 6 ‐ lobe screws (20540 ‐ 00001)
through chassis cover into chassis. See
Figure 10 ‐ 1 .
8. Using a T ‐ 27 6 ‐ lobe wrench, drive each
screw and torque to 6.0 N ‐ m.
9. Perform post ‐ service tests ( page A ‐ 1 ).
