Tighten the bolt with 6mm
Allen wrench (Torque 18 N•m)

Place the stem cap in the dent
and tighten.

Adjust the handlebar to proper height and
make sure it's perpendicular to vehicle body.
* Double check to make sure minimum
insertion mark is invisible.
Assemble handlebar

Insert the head stem into the
front fork stem

Pull out the stem protector
This product must be assembled and adjusted by adults only! Please keep disassembled
parts in the accessory box for future use.

Unscrew the nut from the left rear wheel
and install in the order as shown.
Install kickstand

Preparation:
Open-end wrench
6mm Allen wrench
5mm Allen wrench
Front wheel:
after removing nut protector,
put the nut cover on the nut.
* Do not rotate the nut protector; otherwise
the nut may be dislodged.
Rear wheel:
