Undo the screws (B) and remove the holder
cover. (Ref: Fig 2-C)

Undo the screws (C) and replace the valve box
of both sides. (Ref: Fig 2-C)

Undo the nuts (D) and remove diaphragm
holders and diaphragms from the magnet. (Ref:
Fig 2-D)
○
Set the new diaphragm holders and diaphragms
and fasten them with the nuts. (D). ( Ref: Fig
2-D)
Notes:
Use the new nuts (D) in the repair kit.
Note the locating notch for reassembly.

Assemble
by
reversing
the
disassembly
procedure.
Notes:
Keep the magnet from touching the solenoids.

Check airflow and sound level before installation.
Automatically reset thermal protector
An automatically reset thermal protector installed on the solenoid stops pump
operation if solenoid temperature becomes over 130 ± 5
℃
. When the
solenoid temperature cools down to 85 ± 15
℃
, the protector is reset
automatically and pump operation restarts.

Do not touch live parts. Touching live parts will result in electric shock.
○
If the magnet contacts the solenoids during operation, it will cause
damage on parts, abnormal heat, and short circuiting.
