Throttle
Port side, in front of the engine panel; combines direction and speed.
Shifting

To engage transmission, simultaneously squeeze the trigger button and
move lever forward/reverse. To increase speed, continue to move the lever
forward or reverse, watching the tachometer to ensure speed isn’t too high.

To disengage transmission, pull base out and move lever forward to throttle
up. Transmission will return to neutral when the lever returns upright and
base pops back in.
Engine Starting
1. See above for disengaging the transmission
2. With button depressed, push the throttle lever forward about 1/3
3.
Insert key and turn to “on” position (alarm will sound)
4. Push in the start button for about 5-10 seconds and the engine should start
5. At this point the audible alarm should turn off. If not, Stop the engine
Stop Engine
In neutral, pull stop cable until engine stops. When the alarm sounds, turn key to off.
