Important

The warranty does not 

cover:

Water infiltration due to failure to completely screw in a crown or leaving 

crown out. Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or 

normal wear. The watchband, bracelet, case (including crown(s) and pushers), 

crystal or battery.

Please DO NOT send watch in its original box or packaging.

For routine  care and maintenance or repairs outside the warranty, consult with your local 
watch dealer or professional watch technician. Please send the watch directly to the ARA 
service center for an evaluation and an estimate for repairs.  Send the watch  and a check or 
money  order  made  payable  to  ARA  exclusive  designs    for  $15.00  directly  to  the  ARA 
exclusive designs. Insure the watch for at least the purchase price when shipping, as ARA 
service center is not responsible for watches lost in transit. The watch will be evaluated and 
a technician will contact you with an estimate for the repairs.  Upon approval and payment 
for the repairs the ARA service center will promptly repair and return your watch.
