Coverage Period

For recreational use, the warranty covers the electrical control boards, motors, and charger for one (1) year from the
original purchase date. Housing, air hose, and adapters are guaranteed for 180-days from the original purchase date.
▪
For commercial use including for SUP rental business, the warranty covers the product for 60 days from purchase date.
▪
Seamax may offer repair service for a pump still in repairable condition after its warranty period with minimum charges
for parts, labor, and shipping.
Shipping
▪
Traceable standard surface shipping service is applicable for authorized RMA shipments. If needed, Buyer may request
and will be responsible for any upgraded expedited, express, or non-surface shipping service.
▪
Seller may cover two-ways ground shipping fee within 30-days from the original date of purchase if a warranty claim is
authorized and classified as recreational use.
▪
Seller may cover one-way ground shipping fee after 30-days and within 180-days from the original date of purchase if a
warranty claim is authorized and classified as recreational use.
▪
Customer shall pay two-ways shipping fee after 180-days from the date of purchase if a warranty claim is authorized.
Shipping service coverage is NOT available for international buyers out of lower 48 states of USA and Canada.

Shipping service coverage is NOT available for commercial use such as SUP rental and instruction businesses.
▪
Seller will not accept any unauthorized return shipments. C.O.D. delivery will be rejected without further notice to its
sender. Seller is NOT responsible for any delayed, misplaced, or lost of unauthorized return shipments.

service for the pump after its warranty period.
