1.  SAFETY

   Use of this face shield is for face and eye protection against low energy impact and splashing liquids.

   Inspect the face shield frequently as a pitted or scratched face shield reduces vision and therefore should be replaced immediately.

   When necessary, use identical replacement parts contact your Sealey stockist.

   Use in an environment between -5°C and +55°C.

   Be aware if wearing standard opthalmic spectacles they may transmit impacts, creating a hazard for the user.

2.  INTRODUCTION

Ratchet adjustable headband with front and back padding for extra comfort. Polycarbonate visor for increased protection, stability and 

durability. Stepped angle adjustment on visor which simply flips up out of the way when not in use. Suitable for use with standard glasses. 

Premium quality for automotive, agricultural and industrial applications. Conforms to BS EN 166.

5.  ADJUSTING THE MASK

 

Refer to fig.2

 

5.1. 

  

In use ensure the visor sits comfortably over the face.

5.2. 

  

Circumference Adjustment: by pushing and turning the

 

thumbwheel at the back of the head band.

5.3. 

  

Adjust top of head band by releasing poppers.

5.4. 

  

Tilt adjustment: pull levers outwards on each side.

5.5. 

  

Forward/backward adjustment: release thumbwheels

 

to allow adjustment.

6.  MAINTENANCE

6.1.    

CHANGING THE VISOR

6.1.1.   

Release the stud from the bottom of the outside front of the

 faceshield.

6.1.2.   

Release the two tags on the outside bottom edge of the 

 visor.

6.1.3.   

Release the two sides and pull downwards to release the

 visor.

6.1.4.   

Fitting a new visor is the reverse of the above.

6.2.
