lightweight yet durable nozzle developed to meet the International standards of urea dispensing. this AdBlue® nozzle has an incorporated 

ADB02 digital flow meter, which allows the user to view the delivery readings at the vehicle. Manufactured using AdBlue® compliant materials 

and fitted with 3/4"BSP hose inlet. Features a maximum flow rate of 35ltr/min.

  4.  NOZZLE OPERATION

 

Ensure the pump is turned off.

3.1

  Apply a sealant (e.g: PTFE tape) thinly to hose thread

  screw the hose into the new nozzle and tighten by using  

 

a wrench on the hose nut only, (do not overtighten).

3.3

  the nozzle is now ready for use.

4.1

  Place the nozzle fully into the receiving tank.

4.2

  Squeeze trigger (fig.1) to dispense fluid.

4.3

  The trigger may be locked in the open position by squeezing and pushing the trigger lock back. (fig.2). This feature can be disabled if  

 

necessary by removing the 'U' shaped staple from the handle. (Drift the staple out with a small pin-punch).

4.4

  When the level of the fluid reaches the tip of the nozzle the flow will close off automatically.

4.5

  When not in use, place the nozzle in a leak proof housing.
