Identify Device Data log

The IDENTIFY DEVICE Data log (log 30H) transfers information about the drive. The data is organized as a set of 512-
byte blocks of data, whose contents are shown in 

Table 2 on page 7

. All reserved bits or words should be set to zero. 

Parameters listed with an "x" are drive-specific or vary with the state of the drive. 

The following may contain drive-specific features that may are included in the Serial ATA specification
