Submitting RMA Requests

RMA requests are submitted via SANsolve, Dot Hill’s web-based call center interface.

Users may register for access to SANsolve at http://www.dothill.com/support/sansolve/new-user-registration

Registered users may open an RMA request in SANsolve by selecting Current User Login at
http://www.dothill.com/support/sansolve

SANsolve will require the user to provide the part and serial number of suspect part(s), a description of the perceived
failure, and the ship to company name, address, contact name and phone number of the recipient of replacement parts
