Press Up or Down to choose Change Pin , then
press beneath Select.

Enter the new four-digit Pin, and press beneath oK.

beneath oK to save the setting.
Selecting a Base
Your handset can be used with up to 4 base units, provided that
it has been registered with them. This menu option enables you
to select which base you want to use :

Press beneath Menu to display the main menu items.

beneath Select.

Notes :
• appears to the right of the selected base.
• If the selected base has not been registered with your handset,
«Not registered» appears.
• At step 4, if you select «Best base» , handset finds the first
available unit as you move around. .
resetting the Handset or the base
If you reset the handset or the base, all of the user-selectable fea-
tures restore to the factory settings: When resetting the handset,
the incoming and outgoing lists will be erased, but the Contacts
and Flash time do not reset.
The handset and base can be reset independently . It is useful for
the following purposes:
• If you have made many wrong settings and you want to restore
the handset to the factory presets.
