If adding the camera
fails
- Check the power supply is properly connected and that the
LED lights up or flashes
- Check that you are connected to wi-fi when entering the wi-
fi password and do not include spaces
- Check that you have entered the wi-fi password correctly
- Check that your router is connected to the internet
- Make sure you have sufficient bandwidth
- Check that your smartphone is connected to the same
network entered in the app
- Check that the wi-fi network you are attempting to connect
to is on 2.4 GHz and not 5 GHz.
- Pairing must be completed within 3 m of the wi-fi router
- Check that the antenna is properly screwed in before
installation. Do not force it.
- Contact your internet service provider to check your router’s
settings (UPNP activated, MAC address filtering deactivated,
SSID not hidden, DHCP activated, VPN or Proxy deactivated)
