OTHER IMPACT DETECTION

External Sensor (optional):
Hardware Installation:
• make sure that the SCOUT ANALYZER Software is not running
• plug the external Impact sensor into a USB port on your computer
• wait until device is ready to use (see image below)
Software Configuration:
• start the SCOUT ANALYZER software
• start “Live”
• right click on activate impact button (left to LIVE Button)
• select “external impact”
Foresight GC2
If you have the Foresight GC2 connected with your SCOUT ANALYZER system you can use the GC2 as
an external impact detector. Just make sure the GC2 is connected and for impact detection you have:
“external impact detector” selected (see image above). Impacts detected via GC2 can have a delay of
about +/- 10 frames.

Press F8 to trigger an impact manually
