PAIRING (Individual Speaker)
1. Power on/Pairing: Press the multifunction button (MFB) once to turn on
the BOO. A tone prompt will sound. Press and hold the MFB for
3 seconds, then release. The
Bluetooth indicator (Blue LED) will flash blue
red alternately with a sound prompt.
2. Turn on your device’s
Bluetooth menu to search for and connect to the
BOO
3. Select BOO
4. A sound prompt will notify you of a successful connection.
Note: After powering the BOO it will automatically reconnect to the
last device paired. An audio prompt will indicate a completed connection. If no
device is found within 10 seconds, BOO will enter Pairing Mode
(with constant audio prompt), and will be found on a new pairing device under
the pairing name “BOO”.
Search Mode - Bluetooth indicator (blue LED) flashes every (2) seconds.
Connection - Bluetooth indicator (blue LED) flashes slowly after connection.
Pairing Mode - Bluetooth indicator flashes Blue/Red alternately while in
Pairing mode.
OPERATION
Power On: - Press and release multifunction button (MFB) (with prompt sound).
Power Off: Press and hold the MFB for 10 seconds (with prompt sound).
Play/Pause: Click mFB once.
Track Forward: Click MFB twice.
Track Back: Click mFB three times.
Volume Control: Press “+” or “-” button to increase or
decrease volume.
Unit will emit sound prompt when max. volume is reached.
Reset: Press both “Vol +” and “Vol -” button at the same time.
Auto Shut-off: BOO will shut down automatically with no wireless
audio playback or 3.5mm AUX connection after 30 minutes.
EQ Switch: Choose between Indoor and Outdoor EQ settings.
Re-Pairing: When the unit is powered on press and hold the MFB for 3
seconds and release. The BOO will lose its exsting connection and
begin pairing to a new device.
DUAL PAIRING (2 speaker units)

unit (sold separately).
1. Open waterproof cover and place the L/S/R switch into the “S” (stereo)
position on both speakers. Leave waterproof cover open until the pairing
process is complete.
2. Power on two boom speaker units at the same
time by pressing and releasing each unit's MFB. Place
one speaker in the L (left channel) position, and place the
other speaker in the R (right channel) position. Both
speakers will automatically pair to each other.
3. Take the speaker that is in the L position and hold the mFB
for 3 seconds and release. A continuous sound prompt will
indicate the unit is in pairing mode.
4. Select “boom” from your music device. The two speaker units are
now in Stereo mode and can be played together.
5. When connection is successful the channel (left/stereo/right) and the EQ of
both speakers may be adjusted independently.
Note: When the speakers
are in Dual Pairing Mode, pressing the MFB for 3 seconds (Re-Pairing) will
only disconnect the speaker from the Bluetooth music device, but will not
affect the connection between the two speaker units.
6. To leave Dual Pairing mode, and play just one speaker: place the speakers
in “S” (stereo) position and turn off one of the units by pressing the mFB for
10 seconds (note both speakers will turn off. You may also restart the
speakers or press “+” and “-” buttons at the same time (Reset).
Volume up down, track forward backward/ pause/play can work from
either speaker when in Dual Pairing Mode.
Notes:
• 3.5mm AUX connection to the master speaker (the speaker which started
pairing in “L” position) can also work in Dual Pairing Mode. Plug an audio
cable (not included) to the master speaker and plug the cable into your
audio device. Note that while using an audio cable the MFB functions and
volume functions on the BOO will not work. You must play
pause, track forward, track backward directly from the audio device.
• Dual Pairing Mode allows the speakers to auto pair to each other and to the
last phone they were paired to when the units have been restarted, as long
as the speakers have not been repaired or taken out of Dual Pairing mode.
