REPORTING INCIDENTS
Report an incident to Scoozy or one of its dealers. Go to www.
en.scoozy.nl for the contact details of Scoozy or your dealer. In
order to improve product quality and to ensure that our product
can be used safely throughout its life, you must submit incident
reports. The MDR (Medical Device Regulation) 2017/745 and Annex
9 states the following:
the manufacturer must “encourage users or persons specifically
responsible for reporting incidents with medical devices that meet
the criteria in this Directive to report incidents to the manufacturer
and/or to the competent authority, in accordance with applicable
national law and regulations ”.
We need your help to meet the requirements and ensure that our
products can continue to be used safely. We hope you will never
need the information on this page, but should an incident occur,
please report it to us.
DISPOSAL OF PRODUCT AND PACKAGING
If your Scoozy is redundant or needs to be replaced, it can usually
be taken back by your dealer after consultation. If this is not
possible, ask your municipality about the possibilities for reuse or
environmentally friendly processing of the used materials.
Various plastics and metals have been used for the production of
Scoozy.
In addition, Scoozy contains electronic components that belong
to electronic waste. The batteries belong to the chemical waste.
From an environmental point of view, we recommend that
the packaging and Scoozy be disposed separately as much as
possible, so that the used materials can be efficiently recycled
