Loosen all 4 screws but do not remove them. The 2 screws on the right side are
3mm Allen screws, and the 2 on the left are 4mm allens.

*This step is easier with the help of someone to hold the arm*
Straighten the
arm perfectly straight, so the bracket is flush to the arm.
i.
When you have the bracket flush, and the arm looks as straight as possible,
tighten the screws as tight as you can without stripping them
