Seat Adjustments

1.

Release the seat clamp by pulling outward, then slide the seat forward or backward to a comfortable position.

2.

Once in position press the seat clamp back into place to secure the slider from moving.

3.

Adjust the height of the seat post by pulling the yellow round knob on the post outward and hold.

4.

Move the post up or down using the etched numbers on the side as a guide. Select a height that would allow for a slight knee bend
when at the bottom of the pedal stroke during a workout.

5.

Release the yellow knob to secure the seat post in place.
