The.MedicoBack.P-type.has.been.classified.as.a.class.I.device.
in.accordance.with.Annex.IX.of.the.Medical.Devices.Directive.
93/42/EEC.
Adjusting settings,
making changes and
repairs
The.manufacturer.only.accepts.responsibility.for.the.safety.and.
performance. of. the. MedicoBack. P-type. if. persons. adjusting.
the. settings,. making. changes. and/or. performing. repairs. on.
the.MedicoBack.P-type.have.been.authorised.to.do.so.by.the.
manufacturer.and.the.back.support.is.used.in.accordance.with.the.
user.instructions.
Warranty
The.MedicoBack.P-type.back.comes.with.a.two-year.warranty..
This.warranty.does.not.include.consumables.(electrode.pads).
Maintenance and
cleaning
The.MedicoBack.P-type.is.washable..However,.please.make.sure.
that.the.plug.does.not.come.into.contact.with.water.or.other.
liquids.(remove.from.the.device.pocket.and.leave.to.hang.over.the.
edge.of.the.basin/container.used.for.washing.the.back.support.in).
and.follow.the.washing.instructions.on.the.label..The.MedicoBack.
P-type.can.be.washed.by.hand.at.30.°C.using.a.mild.detergent..DO.
NOT.wring.out..We.recommend.closing.the.Velcro.fastener.before.
washing.the.support.in.order.to.ensure.that.it.remains.serviceable.
for.a.long.period.of.time.and.to.prevent.damage.
Never.dry.the.MedicoBack.P-type.in.an.electric.dryer..Spread.out.
on.a.level.mat.to.dry..Do.not.expose.to.direct.heat.(e.g..heating,.
sun.light.etc.)..Always.make.sure.that.the.back.support.has.fully.
dried.before.using.it.after.washing.
Do.not.iron.the.MedicoBack.P-type.
Do.not.use.any.bleaching.agents.to.clean.the.MedicoBack.P-type.
Never.chemically.clean.the.MedicoBack.P-type.
