Unpacking - C2000
Fully loaded pallet weighs 440 lbs (200 kg) and is
difficult to handle. To prevent serious injury, a
suitable lifting device must be used to remove
pallet from truck.
Slider post is spring loaded and can extend
rapidly. To prevent serious injury, do not cut strap
that holds slider post in place or loosen lock
handle (1) for height adjustment handle until
instructed to do so.
Step 1:
Remove pallet from truck, and
place it on a level surface. Use of a fork
lift is recommended.
Step 2:
Carefully remove wrapping and
banding materials.
Step 3:
Remove goal, lower and upper
padding, backboard, backboard braces
with attached goal hardware.
Step 4:
Unpack all boxes and lay parts
out. Remove goal hardware from
backboard braces and place with goal.
Step 5:
Remove and retain two 3/8"
bolts
(2)
that secure unit to pallet.
Step 6:
This step requires three
adults—two to handle unit and one to
remove pallet. Using two people, fold
entire unit down. Position unit so that
brake feet are on pallet and rear
wheels are on ground. Push on
extension post to raise unit off of pallet.
Remove pallet, and then lower unit
down to ground.
