FUNCTION
The adjustment of the footrest is damped by means of the
gas traction springs in order to avoid sudden and rapid
movements of the cushion.
The extension force of the gas traction springs is
dimensioned for a loaded footrest cushion. To reset an
unloaded footrest, an increased amount of force is
required.
6.8 Setting as a chair
To adjust the couch as a chair, both the foot
section and the head section upholstery must
be set to the maximum deflection.
The operating lever on the side of the footrest
allows the footrest to be adjusted to a treatment
position of your choice.
The headrest is adjusted by releasing the
operating lever under the headrest cushion.
► Watch out for hands and objects when adjusting the body part pads!
Do not press the locking lever of the footrest upholstery upwards in an uncontrolled manner!
► Position adjustment - inform patient beforehand and secure against slipping if necessary!
