For top performance
replace the oil every
2-3 meetings.
Change the ‘O’ Rings
after every 4-6
meetings.

Note placement of
piston support .

Build two identical front shocks.

Remove parts cleanly from sprue.
File parts if necessary.
Ensure ‘C’ is not a tight fit in
shock body.

Remove piston cleanly from sprue.
File part if necessary.
!
Ensure the O’Ring is
assembled on the
correct side.
!
Apply a drop of oil to the
shaft to ease assembly.
!
These parts can be found
on the white shock sprue,
loose in the box.
!
Ensure piston is a sliding
fit in the shock body.
Use the low spring
seat when using
the car on carpet.
