3. Installation.
3.3.2 Preparation of the carrot 3. before use
When using
carrot 3.
in an aircraft you must use the corresponding fasten-
ing strap. This strap is long enough to fasten
carrot 3.
to the airplane seat.
This system allows you to fasten, loosen and tighten the strap on both sides
of the seat so that the
carrot 3.
can be placed on any seat in the aircraft.
Install the fastening strap before boarding the airplane. Please also have a
look at our tutorial video (QR code see
Point 3.3.1
).
The fastening strap set consists of three parts, two buckles and a middle
strap. (

A tool is not required for installation
• Release the strap buckles first. (

• Keep the black button held down and remove the headrest. (

• Place the buckle parts on the rods. There is no left or right side, but make
sure the PRESS sign (red) is always on top. (

• Put the headrest back on the shoulder section. (

• Make sure it is securely fastened with an audible click and a snap (

• Now you can fasten, loosen and tighten the centre strap from both sides.
