NO CUTTING PE PIPE WITH
NON-DEDICATED KNIFE

Check whether all functions of product operate normally.
Check whether tubes of product leaks water (three-way valve, external PE pipe, internal
joints. etc.).
Check whether the key parts are due to maintenance period, and maintain and change it
timely.
Check whether the joints and PE pipes which are used for more than two years are out of
shape and aging to decide whether they need to be changed.
The new
fi
lter element shall be washed for 10-20 minutes until there is no black water in
water outlet.
Check whether PE pipes connected with bulkhead union are cut (it need be cut for the
length of 20 mm) and inserted in and connected again. The inserted depth of PE pipe
shall be 15-17 mm.
Install measure the PE pipe before installation, and make remark on it before inserting it
into machine. The inserted depth shall reach to place of the black spot.
Cut PE pipe by dedicated knife designed for cutting tube, bevel connection and burrs are
not allowed.

maintenance which affects the security of drink water, the water purifier shall be
maintained in the process of daily using.

Avoid using strong volatile solvents like soap, detergent, diluent, gasoline ethyl alcohol,
etc. in cleaning and maintenance of product, or it will result in cracking, scratching and
turning colours.
Avoid washing machine by direct watering.
Check whether there is dropsy around product to judge whether they leak water.
Check whether outlet water faucets of product leak water.
Check whether the enriched water tubes of product are stationary and tight.
Check whether the power is o

or water inlet switch (three-way ball valve) is closed
before going out for a long time.
