Make sure the control panel is dry and
that your finger is fully flat when you

The base of your pots and pans is not
smooth
An abrasive sponge or product was
used
Use pots and pans with a flat, smooth
base.

Some pots and pans make a noise (a
clicking sound)
This could be due to the materials in
your pot or pan (layers of different
metals that vibrate differently)
This is not a problem
The hob makes a strange noise when it
is used at high power
This is a normal part of the induction
technology
The sound is not a problem and should
stop once the power of the hob is
lowered
There is a fan noise
Your hob comes equipped with fans to
cool its electronic components.
The fan may keep running after the
hob has turned off.
This is not a problem. Do not unplug
your hob while the fan is running.
The pot or pan does not heat up and
the display does not show anything.
The hob cannot detect the pot or pan
as it is not compatible.
The hob cannot detect the pot or pan
as it is too small or incorrectly placed
on the cooking zone.
Use a pot or pan that is compatible
with induction heating.
Make sure your pot or pan is in the
right place .
The hob or a cooking zone turned off
early, made a beeping sound and a
code is shown on the display
There is a technical problem
Write down the error code, turn the
hob off and contract the certified
technical customer service.
