PERATION
The hot cupboard has a thermostat and an indicator lamp.
The hot cupboard with heated top plate has additionally a thermostat and an indicator lamp for the top
plate.
The thermostats switch the respective heatings on and set the temperatures.

Heating off
Do not touch the device surfaces. The surfaces of the device may grow hot. Please
let the device cool off entirely before cleaning it. Do not cover the device.
Danger of burns and fire!
The holes in the heating shelf and intermediate shelf are required for heat distribu-
tion. Do not fill the holes with plates, cups, etc.
Danger of heat build-up!
Due to the static heat, the heat distribution within the hot cupboard is not homoge-
neous.
