7.3 Switching on the Tube Lifter
CAUTION
Uncontrolled tube lifter movements upon activation

Before activating the vacuum generator:

Ensure that the suction cup cannot become attached to the load or parts of the build-
ing.

Remove the suction cup from its storage rack.

Press the pushbutton (6.3) to prevent the tube lifter from moving up when it is
switched on.
1. Pick up and hold the operator handle.
2. Switch on the main switch.
3. Press the button (6.1).

The vacuum generator is switched on.

Always actuate the pushbutton (6.3) slowly and carefully to allow time to react to the
response from the tube lifter.

load.
