1. Install each ROPS legs A to the machine using
(8)-3/8 x 1-1/4 bolts

, (16) 3/8 washers

, (8) 3/8
lockwashers

and (8) 3/8 nuts

. Do not tighten
fasteners at this time.
NOTE:
Make sure the legs
A
lean to the rear of the ma-
chine when installing.
4. Assemble the foam washers onto the hitch pins.
Route the lanyards through the formed retainer
washers and then attach the ends to the hitch pins
and hairpin cotters.
Assemble the Upper Hoop
B
to the legs
A
as
shown. The pins
1
may be used for alignment to
aid in assembly. Secure the Upper Hoop
B
with
(2) 1/2-13 X 3 bolts

through the formed retainer
washersand (2) 1/2-13 locknuts (not shown).
Tighten the nuts to just snug so the Upper Hoop
can be moved between the raised and lowered
positions.
5. Tighten the (6) leg mounting fasteners.
