hours, according to the Recipe Book.

The preheat function operates in automatic mode and starts, when the cooking process is finished.

This function can be used to preheat foods. To use this function, put the food you want to preheat inside the

The maximum time interval to maintain temperature is 24 hours. At that the temperature inside the universal
cooker shall not exceed 73 º .
LOCK/PRODUCT SELECTION (

) is selected, you will need to select the product to be cooked: meat, fish or chicken.

To select the product, press the LOCK/PRODUCT SELECTION (

) button, you may also lock the
appliance. To do it, press and hold this button for 3 seconds. When the device is locked, the LOCK indicator will
be displayed.

To unlock the appliance, press and hold this button for 3 seconds again.
YOGHURT MAKER

The delivery set of the universal cooker includes 6 cans for yoghurt.
•
Before initial use wash the jars thoroughly with warm soapy water, and wipe dry.
•
To prepare five jars of yoghurt you will need milk (800ml) and yeast (1 g).
•
Place the jars filled with yoghurt premix on the support located inside the universal cooker bowl.
•
The cooking time depends on the desirable thickness of yoghurt (5 to 8 hours).
