Trouble-shooting
Must be carried out by an authorized professional!
a) The mobile vacuum cleaner does not start, neither with main switch in 1st or 2
nd
position.
- Check that there is power to the vacuum cleaner.
- If any of above protector or fuse will go out again at a new attempt to start the machine,
the probable cause is a shortcut. Before a new attempt, the electrical installation and power
supply must be checked by an electrician for a possible shortcut.
b) Poor suction.
- Check for holes in the Longopac® and check sealing on main filter.
- Clean or replace the filter. (See 8.2 Replacement of the Polyester Filter and 9 Replacement of
the HEPA Filter(s).
c) Unusual noise from vacuum motor
- Turn off the unit immediately and contact the supplier.
d) The dust bag is sucked up into the cyclone/filter housing.
- Check that the bottom valve is not obstructed and that it can fully close.
