delay can be subsequently changed via this command; and for YAG mode 2 also with
set_firstpulse_killer or set_firstpulse_killer_list .

4 compatibility mode, the delay value must be specified in units of 1/8 µ s. It will
then be internally converted to 1/64 µ s units (i.e. multiplied by 8). The permissible range of
values is correspondingly smaller.
