2. Your Safety — General Warnings
WARNING:
It is important that this instruction book be retained with the appliance for future reference.
Should the appliance be sold or transferred, always ensure that the book is left with the appliance in order that
the new owner can get to know the functions of the appliance and the relevant warnings. These warnings are
provided in the interest of safety. You

read them carefully before installing or using the appliance.
CAUTION
To avoid possible exposure to excessive microwave energy.
1. Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door open as this can result in harmful
exposure to microwave energy. It is important not to break or tamper with the safety
interlocks.
2. Do not place any objects between the oven front face and the door or allow soiling or
cleaner residue to accumulate on sealing surfaces.
3.
WARNING:
If the door or door seals are damaged, the oven must not be operated
until it has been repaired by a qualified technician.
Important Note:
If the appliance is not maintained in a good state of cleanliness, its surface could be
degraded and its life-span reduced.
Before Installation
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons or exposure to excessive microwave oven energy
when using your appliance, adhere to the following:

Liquids and other foods must not be heated in sealed containers since they are liable to
explode.

5. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
6. Only use utensils suitable for use in microwave ovens.
7. The oven should be cleaned regularly and any food deposits should be removed.
