About the Warranty
The product is covered by a 12 months RTB (return to base)
UK warranty. The warranty covers all
parts, labour & return carriage.
Exceptions to warranty
a. The warranty period has expired.
b. Accidental damage and/or operator error
c. The product is damaged due to incorrect installation.
d. The serial number of the scanner is altered or missing.
e. The working or storage environment of the product is out of
operating range.
