Power On/Off
Press the button on the iStick Basic five times in quick succession (within 2 seconds) to turn the
device on or off. We recommend that you turn off your iStick Basic battery during transport and
during long periods without use.
Vaping
While holding the power button of the device, inhale the vapor through the mouthpiece of your
GS Air 2 clearomizer.
Charging the iStick Battery
Connect the USB cable to the corresponding port on the side of the device. Charge the device
by connecting it with the 1A wall adapter or computer via the USB cable. The charging process is
shown by a red light. You can see it through one of the sight glasses. As soon as the device is fully
charged, the light goes off. You may use the device during the charging procedure.
Battery Power and Lifetime
When the battery is not in operation for long periods of time, it loses – in accordance with the
industry standards and norms – after 3 months 5% to 10%, after 6 months 15% to 20% and after
one year 25% to 30% of its power. We recommend that you charge the battery at least every 3
months to ensure a long service life.

Notes for Commissioning
Please charge the iStick Basic battery completely before using it for the first time. Use the battery
together with a compatible suitable clearomizer of your choice. We recommend the SC GS Air 2
Clearomizer. Connect the parts as shown on the figure below.
