Fasten the MOLDINGS (C, D, and E) to the TOP (B). Use
seven SILVER 2" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (57S).

NOTE: Do not overtighten the SCREWS into the TOP.

Fasten the SAFETY STRAP (60M) to the TOP (B). Use one
BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW (1S).

NOTE: Position the SAFETY STRAP (60M) exactly as shown.
