Fasten one of the EXTENSION SLIDES (40MC) to the LEFT 
DRAWER SIDE (D32). Use two GOLD 5/16" FLAT HEAD 
SCREWS (3S) through holes #1 and #4 in the SLIDE and 
into the exact holes shown in the DRAWER SIDE.
