Connecting Cables and the Power Cord

     1.  Connect a USB or Ethernet interface cable from your PC to the printer.

     2.  Make sure the printer power switch is in the OFF position.

     3.  Connect the power cord to the printer.

     4.  Plug the power cord into a grounded outlet.
