If the cB-OBS410x module is used with an antenna with higher gain then 5dBi within EU a
notification must be made to each of the national authorities responsible for radio spectrum
management of the intention to place radio equipment that uses frequency bands whose use is not
harmonized throughout the EU, on its national market.
