Repairs may only be undertaken by a qualified specialist using original spare parts.
•
Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is in use. Children are not able to realise
dangers when handling electronic appliances.

Before each cleaning, switch off the appliance and allow it to cool down. Then pull the
plug out of the socket.
•
Do not touch hot surfaces.
•
Do not move the Bain-Marie when hot water is in it.
•
Before each cleaning unplug from outlet and also when not in use.
3. Instruction for use and cleaning
1. Place the appliance on a stable, flat and dry surface.
2. Before using clean the appliance with a damp cloth or sponge and a commercial
detergent. Wipe off and dry everything carefully.
3. Add water into the interior about 2 cm till maximum 5 cm.
4. Connect the appliance with the power supply. The control lamp will illuminate.
5. Adjust the desired temperature with the toggle.
6. The heating-up time depends on the water temperature and can take a half hour.
7. Place the GN container into the Bain Marie.
8. If you turn the toggle on ZERO, the Bain Marie is switched off.
9. If there is any food residue remaining on the surface, it should be removed after each
use.
10. It is essential to have the appliance cleaned on a daily basis.
11. Before each cleaning, switch off the appliance and allow it to cool down. Then pull the
plug out of the socket.
12. Clean the surface with a damp, warm cloth and detergents, that are suitable for the
appliance.
13. Do not use aggressive detergents and under no circumstances steel wool or abrasive
sponges.
