Loosen upper pump outlet hose clamp and pull the hose
off the outlet.
Fold up the pump handle and lift out the pump for
inspection. Rest the pump on a table or other stable
surface placed next to the unit. There is no need to
disconnect the wire harness.
Pull off the pump intake screen and rinse clean. Wipe off
any debris from intake area. Replace screen.
