Návod na lepení držáku zrcadla ZS123
Příprava:
Před nalepením držáku musí být zadní strana zrcadla odmaštěna a čistým
had
říkem
vytřena do sucha. Lepící plocha držáku nesmí být vystavena vyšší
teplotě než 50°C
a
nižší než 5°C. Dále nesmí být namočena ani
jinak poškozena. Vyměření musí být přesné, protože při styku lepící
plochy držáku se zrcadlem již není možno držákem dále posouvat. Lepení
držáku musíme provozovat při teplotě +/- 20°C.
Zrcadlo položíme na vodorovnou plochu, po vyměření odstraníme z
držáku ochrannou fólii a přilepíme na zrcadlo. Po nalepení je důležité
přimáčknout držák dostatečným tlakem po celé jeho ploše.
Lepení odstupů na zrcadlo
U spodní hrany zrcadla v obou rozích, cca 2 cm od hrany, přilepíme černé
odstupové podložky, které zabezpečí rovnoměrný odstup zrcadla od zdi.
Nosnost kompletní sady 4,3 kg do plochy zrcadla 0,4 m2.
Instructions for gluing the mirror holder ZS123
Preparation:
Before gluing the holder, the back of the mirror must be degreased and wiped
dry with a clean cloth. The adhesive surface of the holder must not be exposed
to a temperature higher than 50°C, but not lower than 5°C. Furthermore, it
must not be wet or otherwise damaged. The measurement must be accurate,
because when the adhesive surface of the holder is in contact with the mirror,
it is no longer possible to move the holder any further. We must operate the
gluing of the holder at a temperature of +/- 20°C.
Place the mirror on a horizontal surface, remove the protective film from the
holder after measuring and glue it to the mirror. After gluing, it is important to
press the holder with sufficient pressure over its entire surface.
Gluing spacers on the mirror
At the bottom edge of the mirror in both corners, approx. 2 cm from the edge,
glue black spacers to ensure an even distance between the mirror and the wall.
Load capacity of the complete set 4.3 kg to a mirror area of 0.4 m2.
