Setting an Alert Notification for Press&Talk Calls
Your phone can alert you with an audible tone when you
receive a Press&Talk call.
To set alerts for Press&Talk calls:
1.
Select > Settings > Press&Talk > Sounds > Alerts .
2.
Select Press&Talk Calls or P&T Missed .
3.
Use the navigation key to select Once or Repeat Alert for
Press&Talk Calls; or Once , Repeat Alert , or Off for P&T
Missed.
Tip:
You can also set alerts using the Alert Notification menu. (See “Alert
Notification”on page 54.)
Setting the Speakerphone for Press&Talk Calls
You can set your phone to use speakerphone mode for
Press&Talk calls. By default, the speakerphone is set to on.
To set the speakerphone on or off:

Select > Settings > Press&Talk > Speakerphone > On
or Off .
Note:
If the phone’s ringer volume is set to Vibrate, Ringer Off, or Silence All,
the speakerphone turns off. Press to turn the speakerphone mode on.
