Playing back music files in the created folder
When transfering files to the unit, you can create a folder in the MUSIC_IC
folder and copy files to that folder.
It is possible to create two or more folders.
Note:
Folders are created directly in the MUSIC_IC folder.
To select the folder:
1. Before starting playback, press the FOLDER/RPT button to select the
MUSIC (M) folder.
2. Move the Jog switch up or down to select the desired folder. Then press the
Jog switch.
3. Press the Jog switch again to start the selected folder playback. “F” appears
on the display.

In the stop mode, press the FOLDER/RPT button to cancel the folder
playback.
Formatting the unit’s data
Always format data using the unit itself (See page 16).
Using your PC to do the formatting might stop the unit from recording normally.
If you accidentally formatted using your PC, reformat it using the unit.
