I ns tall the operati ng co n troller o n the top face of the air
i n take s ectio n ( s pace betwee n the fa n motor a n d the
electrical compo n e n t box). (Fi g . 7-9)
(1) Fa s te n the operati ng co n troller to the ceili ng
pa n el of the air i n take s ectio n with the 2 su pplied
s crew s (4
×
L1 3 / 3 2 i n .).
(2) Draw the lead wire s i n to the electrical compo n e n t
box a n d co nn ect the operati ng co n troller 2 wire s
(WHT, BLK) to the remote co n trol wire s i n the
electrical compo n e n t box.
( 3 ) Co nn ect the i n dicator s ectio n a n d the operati ng
co n troller us i ng the 6P co nn ector i n the electrical
compo n e n t box.

Remove the s ide pa n el to i ns tall the i n dicator s ectio n .

(1) Remove the s ide pa n el.
Ope n the air i n take g rille, remove the s crew at
o n e place a n d the n remove the s ide pa n el by
s lidi ng it toward the fro n t (arrow directio n ).
(2) Remove cover A a n d cover B.
I ns ert a s ta n dard s crewdriver i n to the rece ss
of cover A to remove cover A a n d cover B.
(Whe n removi ng the cover, take care n ot to
s cratch the pa n el.)
( 3 ) Remove cover B from cover A.
(4) I ns tall the i n dicator s ectio n at cover A.
(5) After pa ss i ng thro ug h the lead wire s , i ns tall cover
A a n d the i n dicator s ectio n at the pa n el hole.
(The protr us io n part of cover A i s fixed with the
pa n el hole.)
(6) B un dle the lead wire s alo ng with the wiri ng of the
lo u ver motor.
(7) I ns tall the s ide pa n el.
