CARBURETOR REMOVAL

Disconnect the fuel line.
Disconnect the all connect tubes.
Drain fuel from the carburetor.

WARNING:

Keep away from flames or sparks. Wipe up spilled
gasoline at once.

Loosen the carburetor band.

THROTTLE VALVE DISASSEMBLY

Disconnect the throttle cable.
Remove the needle spring.
Remove the needle.
Check the needle and throttle valve for wear or
damage.
