It does not turn on
Check that the AC power cord of the TV is connected. If the continuous
problem, disconnect the TV and connect it again after 60 seconds and
try to turn on the TV again.
The received
signal is not
appropriate
The cause of double image or ghosts is caused by tall
buildings or mountains that are around. You can adjust
the effect of the image manually: see the instructions or
change the address of the external antenna. If you use
an internal antenna, under certain circumstances,
reception will be more difficult. So you can change the
direction of the antenna to adjust the effect of the image.
If you can not change the effect of the received image,
you can use external antenna.
There is no image
Check if the antenna is connected correctly in the part TV
later. Tune to another channel and check if the problem
continuous or not.
The image is fine
but there is no
sound
Increase the volume. Monitor if the TV is not in Silent
mode
(Mute)
The sound is fine
but there is no
color
Increase the contrast and brightness.
The image has
snow and noise
Check if the antenna connection is good or not.
Lines on the
Image
Maybe an electrical device interferes, such as a hair
dryer, vacuum cleaner, cleaner or something similar,
please turn off that type of electrical device.
Double image
It may be that the location of the antenna is not good. Put
the antenna in a high place, to obtain a better image
quality.
TV does not
respond with
remote control
Operate the remote control directly to the TV sensor. If
the TV is still not responding, check if the battery
placement is correct. It will change new batteries.
No video input (PC
mode)
Check if the VGA video cable connection is correct.
Check if the VGA video cable is not damaged.
Vertical
interference lines
(PC mode)
Enter the main menu, use the Clock controller to
eliminate the noise of vertical lines in the video.
Horizontal
interference lines
(PC mode)
Adjust the horizontal Audio sound in the main menu to
clean the horizontal lines.
