2.6.6 Create Hot Spare
When you choose the Create Hot Spare option in the Raid Set Function, all
unused physical devices connected to the current controller appear:
Select the target disk by clicking on the appropriate check box. Click on the
Confirm The Operation, and click on the Submit button in the screen to
create the hot spares.
The create Hot Spare option gives you the ability to define a global hot spare.
2.6.7 Delete Hot Spare
Select the target Hot Spare disk to delete by clicking on the
appropriate check box.
Click on the Confirm The Operation, and click on the Submit button in the
screen to delete the hot spares.
