INFORMATION CLAUSE
[Information clause for a person who is executing the manufacturer`s
warranty]

The Administrator of your personal data is ALBERT POLSKA sp. z o.o. with its
registered seat in Dobczyce (Poland), address: ul. Obwodowa 4A, 32-410
Dobczyce, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court
Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th
Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number:

(hereinafter referred to as the PDA).
[Purpose of processing]
Your personal data will be processed in order for the PDA to fulfill its obliga-
tions arising from the warranty granted to you for the purchased product.
In addition, your personal data will be processed in order for the PDA to
perform its obligations under the tax law and accounting rules. Your personal
data will be also processed for legitimate purposes carried out by PDA, i.e.:
1) for the efficient implementation of current PDA activities, including the
implementation of current business and administrative processes related to
the subject of PDA activities; 2) for the possible establishment, pursuing or
defense of claims due to the PDA in relation to the warranty granted to you.
[Legal basis]
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is contained in art. 6 par.
1 letters b), c) and f) of the GDPR. Providing data is voluntary, however it is
necessary for the execution of your warranty rights.
