To ensure optimum performance and maintain product reliability, it is essential to keep the hydraulic circuit
clean, free of air bubbles and any residual chemical solution. If the sprayer is used without due care and
attention to the following it is likely to compromise the safer and proper operation of the device.
It is important to bring to your attention that chemical residues can be also caused by an excessive
concentration of sanitizing products commonly in excess of 30%. We understand that emergency
situations may have resulted in an increase in the concentration percentages of the disinfectant, however
this practice should be avoided.
3 Stage Care Procedure
1. When using concentrate disinfectants it is important to adhere to the percentage recommended on
the label of the product used. Do not exceed the advised percentage to avoid the deposit of residues
that could compromise the regular flow of the solution.
2. Before starting, spray a small amount of solution without the nozzle. This operation enables air bubbles
to come out without finding resistance, thus clearing the circuit. After this operation you can install the
nozzle and start sanitizing.
